DMG Hack Problem

Good morning guys,
I have a serious problem with my server.
Many users attack rocks and mobs from a distance and deal severe damage.
I think it's the DMG Hack.

I also tried this guide: https://forum.turkmmo.com/konu/3718763-c-fix-dmg-hack-svside/
But it gives me a lot of problems, even if players don't use hacks they don't inflict damage on mobs, or they inflict them but not always.

I contacted svside.com but am not willing to put external libraries in my game / launcher

Can you help me please? Thanks.
