Client:
* fixed a problem related to loading Tasks (dynamic assembly referencing)
* fixes for Equipment API
+ Added Terms and Conditions Bypass. Now should automatically bypass the "Changed Terms and Conditions"

Logic:
* Fixes on HuntPvP
* will no longer trigger if we are shot on BMs
* will have a cooldown after having left a BM
* Bot will no longer stand in the middle of the gate
* Fixed Boost a last time
* fixed skylab resources send.
[example to use skylab send: MinBoostAmountSpeed = 5000; // will send resources from skylab until 5000 minutes of speed are boosted]
