Bu hata genelde ATI/AMD ekran kartı ve Fraps kullanıcılarında görülür.
Kod #1 ve #2'de görmüş olduğunuz tanımsız modül (raphook.dll) ATI Tray Tools'a ait bir modüldür.
Sorunun çözümü için ATI Tray Tools programını kapatmanız yeterli.
Ayrıca bu hatayı Fraps programınız açıkken de alabilirsiniz.
Tanımsız modül/exe olarak fraps.exe'yi görecektir.
Yine programı kapatmanız bu sorunu çözecektir.
