# **Changelog 1.15.0**
> *This update introduces a Beginner Event, significant buffs to progression rates, and new rare drops for non-combat activities. We have also refined our Clash schedules and implemented improvements to the automated PvP Tournament system.*

**Highlights**
**Beginner Event & Progression Buffs**
* **New Player Support:** New characters and existing ones up to **Level 50** can claim a special "Beginner Event" Quest Scroll.
* **Contents:** Includes a Pet, Mount, Ring, and Costume Set (all valid for 5 days).
* **Refine & Crafting:**
* All **Upgrading Rates** have been increased by **10%**.
* Increased the success chance for **Belts** and **Blessing Marbles**.
* **Metin Changes:**
* Increased Metin spawns on **all maps**.
* **Pity System:** Removed for Enchant Items (Bonus Changers), you now drop the full one directly.
* **Pity Drops:** Increased Pity Drop chances from all Metins.
* **Pity Transform:** Reduced the required count from **5 to 3**.
* **Drops:** Slightly increased the drop chance of **Dragon God items**.
> There will be **even more additions** and **changes** within the **next patch** that also primarily help new players to progress.

**World Events & Bosses**
* **Mighty Ice Witch:** Spawn times updated to **12:00, 18:00, and 00:00 CET**.
* **Grotto of Exile 2:** Added an additional **Captain Yonghan** spawn. He will appear randomly in the top-right, bottom-right, or bottom-left corners.
* **Red Forest Buffs:**
* Metins now drop the first two **Lumps of Gold twice** (more Yang).
* Added **Potion Box** as a rare drop (contains Potions, Dragon God items, Waters, Dews, and rarely even Blessings).
* **Clash Schedules:**
* **Witch Clash:** Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday.
* **Spider Clash:** Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
**Fishing & Mining**
* **Golden Fishing Marble:** A very rare fishing drop that **guarantees** a successful Fishing Rod upgrade.
* **Golden Diamond:** A very rare mining drop that **guarantees** a successful Pickaxe upgrade.
* **Fishing Rods:** Failing an upgrade now only reduces your total fishing points by **10%**.

**PvP Tournament Adjustments**
Based on community feedback from the latest tournament:
* **Timing:** Preparation phase (re-buffing) increased to **15s**. End time between partial tournaments reduced to **20s**.
* **Flow:** Players are no longer teleported to Map1 after a partial tournament finishes.
* **Ranking:** Fights for **3rd place** will now trigger if a winner isn't clearly determined.
* **Fixes:**
* Fixed Dispel effects persisting into the next round after death.
* Fixed the tournament failing to end correctly when manually terminated.

* **General:** Ongoing optimizations for server stability during peak event hours.
* **Empire Clash:** Fixed the empire clash not automatically starting when the server wasn't restarted inbetween.
