the horse does not attack

Does anyone know how I can make it attack from horse/mount? I want to attack from level 1. I modified instancebase.cpp and pvp.cpp but it doesn't work.

i say ' I want to attack from level 1. I modified instancebase.cpp and pvp.cpp but it doesn't work. ' just i want to attack from the horse with 1 point

, I want to remove the attack limit before 20 points.
