2019 ve üzeri VisualStudio'da bulunuyor. Üst versiyonla derlemeyi denediniz mi?

Çözüm şu ; benim oyunum vs 2013 ile derlemeye müsait ve paket olarak v142 windows xp ile derleme yapıyor sorun çözülmüştür.
