Problem with type items

Hi turkey, it's the first problem thread here. Please help me with this problem, when using item type (18) ring warp and other items with rules type 18 nothing happens.. where is problem ,uiinventory ?

Item type 18 mean ITEM_QUEST
so you must have the quest for the item

I have type 18 item proto and item_proto txt , ITEM QUEST ,BUT DON T WORK ,QUEST IS OK,ANOTHER SERVERFILES WORK GOOD..

So problem is not item proto sql/txt...
