Request Quest/help for it

Hi guys!I want to make a quest that increases the avarage(if there is a weapon with avarage damage) of the dragged weapon at uriel.
I wanted to ask if someone has a quest about this / can help me with the code in lua that tests from mysql if that weapon has avarage dmg or not.Thanks!
