In my version there are a few more things related to lycan.
Anyway thanks for sharing, if you happen to other updated versions I hope you share them with us!

From what I can see, to remove the license it's only needed to remove the lib from the makefile and on main.cpp remove this piece of code:

    if (!VerifyIP(g_szPublicIP))
        return 0;

On makefile remove this:

ifeq ($(BSD_VERSION), 12)
INCDIR += -I../../libosp/12.0/
LIBDIR += -L../../libosp/12.0/
else
INCDIR += -I../../libosp/11.0/
LIBDIR += -L../../libosp/11.0/
endif
LIBS += -losp

Note sure if there's anything else needed, I'm not going to test it.

Nope, you are wrong.
You have to delete from source every single code of
[CODE lang="cpp" title="#ifdef ENABLE_LIMIT_TIME" highlight="#ifdef ENABLE_LIMIT_TIME"][/CODE]

This server is good to make a runing server or only to take things ? the last 4.9.6.2 is complet bug
