Eu já compilo o servidor mt2.exe eu mudo o ip e todos, mas não consigo conectar por quê?

Eu uso o Visual Studio 2019 funciona bem, mas não consigo conectar no servidor

EDIT: OK, já iniciei o servidor, mas agora eu tenho isso
