volevo chiedere a tutti voi ragazzi se è possibile, in c ++ o python, fare un autorespawn anche se il comando / restart_here è disabilitato

è possibile in qualche modo in Python farlo cliccare sullo sfondo il pulsante Riavvia qui?

Yes it's possible, i think first of all disable ("start here") button. Then write a timer (This timer must be work with source timer ) 8 sec. 8 seconds later you'll respawn. Before you remove the start here button examine the code
