i need quest when use item its opens the shop(shop id 9003

You can use this quest. change 'itemkod' with your item code.
example for 50003 :

when 50003.use begin

I wrote the quest now. if you experience any errors, i will help you

quest npc_shop begin
    state start begin
        when itemkod.use begin
            setskin(NOWINDOW)
            npc.open_shop(9003)
        end
    end
