my function is disabled even declaring #ifdef in Locale_inc.h

include ../userinterface/locale_inc.h

Hi everybody. I found some problem with the system.
If i change color its not change all!!!

For example : Shaman blessing skill. Natural -> Red

All character all skill include this problem.

FE(2) : Weapon sura fear
Natural -> Green
Its change only the skull screen.

Okay guys, i need your help...
I tried to fix it first, but at this moment im stucked.
Sometimes its working, sometimes not, if not i get this errer.
