you right click on the file minIni.c and property, you go to the c ++ section, then precompiled header, and you choose without using the precompiled header.

do you put PythonConfig.h?

yes i have, the error is solved, but i got actually this error:

i add minIni.c to visual Studio and i choose without precompiled Header.
