F5'e basarsam açılmıyor hata almıyorum kimse biliyor?

i try fix it but can't... i put on ETC the file Pet with all things and no works.... i change directory for
d:/ETC/ymir work/ui/pet/skill_button/skill_enable_button.sub
And gives same erro when i press F5 client get shutdown.. and syserr says this
