hi guys , i have a problem with this system

i cant put both effects , cause if i right click the armor effect it changes with weapon effect , and when i try to dismount effect or weapon or armour at both it says: You must unwear the weapon effect before. and when i try to equip armor effect it says:"To can wear a weapon effect you must have a weapon weared.""
how can i solve that?
