Bu zaman kalıbı için Türkçede birebir karşılık olduğunu söylemek zor.
Present Perfect Tense şöyle kuruluyor :
have + participle (yani verb3 /fiilin 3. hali)
Örnek : I have talked to John : Johnile konuştum (konuşmuş bulunmaktayım)

We have talked to John
